
Please join us in welcoming Stacey Rokoff, Koinonia’s new Vice President of Programs!
In her role, Stacey will plan, develop, and execute all lines of service under the program umbrella as directed by the overarching strategic plan. Her work will ensure that Koinonia has a coordinated healthcare strategy with all initiatives, services, and programs. Additionally, Stacey will play an active role in strategic planning regarding program growth, direction, and the overall success of the organization.
Stacey joins Koinonia from Evi-Base, an organization that provides health plans, employers, and providers with evidence-based programs and solutions for chronic disease self-management and prevention. Stacey co-founded the organization and served as the Executive Director and Chief Program Officer before serving as its Chief Operating Officer. In her roles, Stacey was heavily involved in executing strategic and organizational initiatives that impacted staff, resources, program delivery and processes, and organizational expansion.
Stacey is a licensed social worker in the state of Ohio. She holds a M.S. in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and B.S. in Psychology from John Carroll University.
