Koinonia is pleased to welcome Jada Rodriguez, our new Admissions Coordinator!

Jada will act as a subject matter expert on the admission and discharge process for all programs at Koinonia. In her role, she is responsible for the complete coordination, processes, and documentation for all admissions and discharges throughout Koinonia, including our ICF, Waiver, and Koinonia Enterprises programs. She will work closely with the Vice President of Programs and the Division Program Directors to ensure the admission and discharge process meet the legal requirements of applicable regulatory agencies.

Jada has an extensive background in social services, specifically working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to joining Koinonia, she served as the Manager at Southwest Career and Activity Center and Brooklyn Career and Activity Center as part of Vocational Guidance Services. She also served as the Director of Day Services at Rosemary Center and held numerous roles at the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities over the course of nearly 20 years.

Jada holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Capital University and a Masters of Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
