The Koinonia STNA Internship Program provides an introduction to healthcare under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. You will have the ability to work with a high medical need population while gaining insight into people with developmental disabilities.
Learn these key core competencies; safety, communication, infection control, resident rights, personal care, basic nursing skills, mental healthcare, data collection, roles and responsibilities, disease process, and older adult growth.
Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available at a starting base rate of $14.00 with opportunities to earn more during premium shifts. Work in a community setting.
