The Koinonia Way seeks to create a collaborative environment that empowers and motivates people to do their best every day – so that we can fulfill our mission while creating sustainability for Koinonia’s future. Today we are excited to announce that Stacy Soria has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer to help us achieve that vision. She will report directly to Diane Beastrom, President and CEO of Koinonia.

“Stacy will facilitate the bold, innovative steps necessary for Koinonia to remain viable in today’s health care market,” said Beastrom. “She is a goal-oriented, creative, and highly-motivated leader. We are fortunate to have her join our Executive Leadership Team!”

Stacy joined Koinonia as Director of Organizational Learning in January of 2019 and quickly became responsible for Business Intelligence in addition to Organizational Learning. In her role as Chief Strategy Officer, Stacy will secure the future of Koinonia by enabling the nonprofit to evolve into a multi-entity enterprise that offers integrated services that focuses on whole-person care. Her career has included leadership roles with leading nonprofit organizations focusing on behavioral healthcare, workforce development, complex problem solving, and performance improvement.

Stacy is passionate about continuous learning and organizational capacity building. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs and Administration, Master’s of Addiction Counseling Master’s of Science in Business Analytics and most recently completed a Sustainable Business Strategy program at Harvard Business School Online. She is also an Administrative Accreditation Surveyor for CARF International, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified HIPAA Privacy and Security Expert (CHPSE), Licensed Independent Counselor (LICDC), Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner, Certified Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, Certified Training and Development Professional, and Kaizen Leader.
