We are pleased to welcome Nadia Gibbons, our new Strategy Associate to our Strategy Team! Reporting to Chief Strategy and People Officer Stacy Soria, Nadia will play a key role in assessing performance, developing goals, and implementing processes that improve our effectiveness. Using her outstanding communication and presentation skills, Nadia will work collaboratively across all Koinonia to ensure consistency with our standards and alignment with our mission, vision, values, and guiding principles.

Nadia comes to us from the Catholic Charities Diocese of Cleveland with 10 years of non-profit administrative experience working in Human Resources Management and Program Management. She has experience in leading HRIS implementation and Organization-Wide Strategic Initiatives.

Nadia is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational development at Bowling Green State University, where she also received an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She has also achieved Training and Development certification from Cleveland State University.

Her detailed knowledge of HR Business functions, experience leading change initiatives, as well as her experience ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local guidelines, make us excited to have her in this position.
