In 2019, thanks to the generous support of The Cleveland Foundation, Koinonia sponsored a comprehensive study of DSP turnover and retention, in order to gain insight on improving our ability to attract, develop, and retain vital talent on a sustainable level. The project team included Diane McNally, Ph.D., a consultant for ERC of Cleveland, Dr. Amy Hewitt, Senior Research Associate, Research and Training Center on Community Living Institute on Community Integration, University of Minnesota, Julie Wagner, Chief People Officer at Koinonia, and Diana Rosa, Chief Quality Officer at Koinonia.
On February 14, 2020, at 11:00 AM EST, Koinonia is hosted a 1-hour webinar that explored the study methodology, research findings, study recommendations, and action steps defined in the research study. You may also CLICK HERE to download a copy of the report study. Questions? Feel free CONTACT US.
