Koinonia to Celebrate Staff Success at Event on July 23rd
Koinonia will celebrate staff excellence and share important company news and updates at their annual All-Staff meeting on Tuesday, July 23rd. The event will be held at the Holiday Inn on Rockside Road in Independence. Staff will have the choice of attending either a morning session or an evening session. Over 100 Koinonia employees will be honored for demonstrating excellence on the job and for their years of service, all of Koinonia’s 600 employees will be in attendance.
“Every time I visit a client or have the opportunity to interact with the people who work for Koinonia, I am visibly reminded of all that we have to be grateful for,” said Diane Beastrom, President and CEO of Koinonia. “That’s why this year the theme of our meeting is gratitude, and we will be making it a habit to express thankfulness and appreciation for all the hard work that our staff does to create such amazing outcomes for our clients.”

Selection committees that consist of Koinonia leadership, employees, and past award winners review and rank the nominations.
Renown Keynote Speaker and Chief Appreciation Strategist Lisa Ryan will be speaking at the event. Ryan will focus on cultivating a grateful mindset that will help participants acknowledge what they have accomplished in the last day/week/month/year. She will help them recognize things they are grateful for, proud of, and excited about while also helping the audience recognize other people for inspiring and helping them.
