Independence, Ohio – May 17, 2019 – Koinonia Homes, a leading provider of day programs, residential and employment services for individuals with developmental disabilities, is raffling off a vacation stay in the heart of the Big Easy – New Orleans. The raffle winner will be awarded an 8-day/7-night getaway at the Bluegreen Club La Pension resort located on the Decatur Street – along with a $1,000 VISA Gift card. All proceeds will support adults with developmental disabilities to help them achieve the dignity of an independent life in our community. Only 200 tickets will be sold to increase the odds for the ticket holders.
The New Orleans French Quarter Getaway Raffle prize package includes a week-long retreat at a historic boutique hotel, and a $1,000 Visa gift card. The winner may choose to keep the vacation for themselves or give it away to someone else – and keep the VISA gift card! The prize winner and guests will stay in a one-bedroom villa that sleeps four – perfect for a small family or a romantic couple’s vacation. The villa is reserved for the winner from August 18-25, 2019.
Guests will be greeted by grandeur at the picturesque hotel. The dramatic historic building boasts exposed beams and brick walls, and handcrafted wrought iron details throughout. The hotel includes a beautiful rooftop sundeck with a bird’s eye view of the city. Club La Pension guests are just steps away from fabulous Cajun and Creole food, live music venues and Big Easy nightlife. Raffle winners are within close proximity to the Audubon Aquarium of the Americans, Louisiana Children’s Museum, the streetcar line, shopping, tours, and cultural and historical attractions.
