Koinonia Attending Two Upcoming Career Fairs in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties

Human Resource representatives from Koinonia Homes, a top employer in Northeast Ohio who has been awarded the NorthCoast 99 Award for the past two years, will be participating in two upcoming Career Fairs in our area. Applicants looking to start their health-care career or grow their existing career serving people who have Developmental Disabilities are invited to attend. The hiring events take place in Middleburg Heights and Lorain County.

On Wednesday, March 29th from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM, we will be at the Polaris – Cuyahoga County Career Fair at 7285 Old Oak Blvd. in Middleburg Heights. Polaris Career Center is located south of Bagley Road, right behind Southwest General Hospital. It is the 10th Anniversary of the Job Fair, that offers “Real Jobs, Real Careers” to job seekers. Free parking is available.

Job Seekers in Lorain County should plan on attending the Lorain County Community College 2017 Career Fair on Thursday, April 13th from 11:30 AM until 3:00 PM in the John A. Spitzer Conference Center and Ben & Jane Norton Culinary Arts Center.

Koinonia has a wide range of positions available ranging from entry-level Direct Support Professionals to Administrative positions, Drivers, Community Coaches, and Residential Managers. Full and part-time positions are available. Qualifications to work at Koinonia include a valid Ohio driver’s license with a reliable vehicle, high school diploma or GED, the ability to work weekends and holidays, and successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
