On Sunday, June 24, the Cleveland Foundation will coordinate Common Ground community conversations around town under the topic: Why does place matter? People who have I/DD need places that support their abilities and give them the space they need to pursue a life of their choosing. What challenges do they face in finding housing and places to work in our community?
Koinonia Homes and Emerald Development & Economic Network (EDEN) will be co-hosting a community conversation on Sunday, June 24th from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at EDEN’s 10th permanent supportive housing building, now home to 66 individuals who were chronically homeless. located at 7812 Madison Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44102.
