Please join us in congratulating Erin Thomas on her promotion to Vacancy Coordinator!

Erin joined Koinonia in 2016 as a Direct Support Professional and became a Residential Supervisor for one of Koinonia’s ICF facilities. In that role, Erin assumed responsibility of managing the scheduling of staff per the individuals’ and the home’s needs, and playing an active part in the interviewing and training of new staff members.

In her new role, Erin will collaborate with the directors of each Koinonia program to determine staffing needs throughout the organization. She will also lead and supervise superimposed personnel, as well as the night shift administrative staff.

Erin is a recent graduate of Cleveland State University, where she graduated with honors with a B.A. in Organizational Leadership and Certificate in Public Management.
