Please join us in recognizing our Springfield High School Compass Pathfinder Program Students who are graduating this year!
Great work, and we know your future will be bright!
The Compass Pathfinder Program’s goal is to improve graduation and employment rates among high school students, age 14 to 22, who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. The only program of its kind in Ohio, it is a unique collaboration between Koinonia staff, school districts, county boards of developmental disabilities and area employers. This partnership provides students with the guidance, resources and support they need to pursue a life of independence, community integration, and personal fulfillment.
