Susan Chiancone’s role as Chief Financial Officer and financial steward of Koinonia encompasses all aspects of the organization’s strategic budgeting, financial planning, and business optimization. A results-driven executive, she utilizes her strong business strategy skills to seek out opportunities for implementing process improvements and mission critical initiatives, as well as pioneering new programs to increase profitability.
Susan has extensive experience serving as a financial executive for publicly traded and large entrepreneurial organizations in numerous industries, including the real estate, retail, and service sectors. She serves as a proactive partner, leveraging her experience and financial acumen to influence and shape the direction of the organization.
Susan received her MBA from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. She is also a 2015 graduate of Leadership Cleveland and a 2006 recipient of Crain’s Cleveland Business Women of Note. She serves on the Board of Gilmour Academy and is an active volunteer on committees for Breakthrough Schools, both in Cleveland, OH.
