Stacy Soria

Chief Strategy & People Officer
Stacy Soria brings a wealth of diverse experience to her role as Chief Strategy and People Officer. In her role, Stacy partners with Koinonia’s senior leadership team on all matters relating to the organization’s strategic vision, quality, and compliance initiatives to ensure Koinonia is recognized as the employer and provider of choice. She is committed to developing and aligning our organizational strategy and people to advance the mission of the organization.
 
A leader with a passion for continuous learning, Stacy holds a master’s degrees in Public Affairs and Administration, Addiction Counseling, and Business Analytics. She has also completed coursework at Harvard Business School Online for Sustainable Business Strategy and Strategic Human Resource Leadership at Cornell University.
 
Additionally, Stacy is an accreditation surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Certified HIPAA Privacy and Security Expert (CHPSE), Certified Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, Certified Training and Development Professional, and Kaizen Leader.
